Swedish Code for Corporate Governance

As a company listed on the NASDAQ OMX stock exchange, Precise Biometrics AB has adopted the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance as from 1 July 2008.

An evaluation of the Code has been made and it has been established that Precise Biometrics complies with the Code and that the Code for now don’t causes any essential changes.
